Description
Quotation and Pricing Instructions
-
This product supports online ordering and online payment. The price displayed on this page is the fixed price per linear meter (1‑meter) for the all‑steel wall bench.
-
Pricing Standard: It can be adjusted according to the selected sizes, and laboratory benches are priced by linear meter. The unit price of the all‑steel laboratory island bench of the same specification is twice the unit price of the matching all‑steel wall bench.
Standard Dimensions: 1000mm*750mm*850mm (Length*Width*Height)
-
Price‑Influencing Factors: For other requirements, the final total cost depends on countertop material, cabinet configuration, optional accessories including reagent racks, service columns and power sockets, total length and other additional supporting components.
-
Cooperation Process: According to your experimental requirements and accessory requirements, we will provide you with a detailed itemized quotation. Production can be arranged only after the sales contract is signed and confirmed by both parties.
-
Worktop
Multiple worktop materials can be selected according to actual laboratory working conditions to meet different requirements of corrosion resistance, load‑bearing capacity and daily operation.

Cabinet (All‑Steel Floor‑Standing Type)
Structural Design
The cabinet adopts an integrated all‑steel floor‑standing structure with a stable frame, strong load‑bearing capacity and high overall rigidity, suitable for long‑term and high‑frequency laboratory use.
Sheet‑Metal Bending Process
The front frame, cabinet doors and drawer panels are processed by high‑precision CNC bending. Vertical and horizontal gaps between doors, drawers and frames are controlled within ≤ 3 mm with uniform and symmetrical clearances for a neat appearance. All outer cross‑sections of cabinet doors and drawer panels are fully hemmed to eliminate sharp edges and prevent operator scratches, while removing coating blind spots to fundamentally avoid rust and oxidation.
Welding Process
All bent joints of the front frame, cabinet doors and drawer panels are fully welded. Weld seams are finely polished to a smooth finish for an integrated appearance, eliminating coating dead zones to achieve long‑term rust and corrosion resistance.
Surface Coating Treatment
After forming, all metal components go through complete anti‑corrosion pretreatment: grinding, polishing, acid degreasing, phosphating and drying. The finished workpiece surface is smooth without pits or burrs.
Epoxy powder electrostatic spraying is completed on an automatic spraying production line, and the manufacturer’s official test report can be provided. The coating thickness ranges from 80‑100 μm and is cured at 180 °C; the overall coating thickness of components is 1.4 mm. The surface is acid‑alkali resistant, high‑temperature resistant and anti‑corrosive, free from paint peeling, delamination and discoloration during long‑term use.
Drawer Slides
Standard two‑section steel roller damping slides for smooth, silent and stable pulling with buffer shock‑absorbing effect without jamming.
Cabinet Door Hinges
High‑quality anti‑rust hinges dedicated for laboratories. The inward‑opening door can reach a maximum opening angle of 180°, with flexible opening‑closing performance and long service life.
Handles for Cabinet Doors & Drawers
Integrally bent one‑piece molded handles without splicing seams deliver solid structure, simple and elegant appearance and convenient cleaning.
Rear‑Panel Structure
The cabinet rear panel is a snap‑on detachable cover plate that can be disassembled without special tools, facilitating later‑stage maintenance of internal water, electrical and gas pipelines.
Door‑Closing Mechanism
Fitted with rubber‑coated strong magnetic catches or plastic roller magnetic catches for precise closure with anti‑collision, noise‑reduction and shock‑absorption functions.
Anti‑Collision and Sound‑Insulation Accessories
High‑quality rubber anti‑collision pads are installed on contact surfaces of drawers and cabinet doors to realize buffered and silent closing. Polyurethane foam sound‑insulation boards are filled inside door panels to further reduce operating noise.
Leveling Feet
Built‑in M10 hexagon leveling feet are equipped with reserved adjustment holes and dust‑proof hole covers. Each foot allows a maximum height adjustment of 50 mm to freely level the cabinet and adapt to various ground conditions.
Lead Time
Production lead‑time for all orders (1‑5 units) is 28‑29 working days upon receipt of the confirmed order.
For orders over 5 units, an offline sales contract shall be signed before production arrangement.
Total lead‑time including production and sea shipping will be about 70‑90 days, subject to actual shipping schedule.
