By placing an order, the buyer accepts all product specifications, lead‑time and terms stated above.
All laboratory equipment in our store, including standard finished products, non‑standard customized products, small‑batch orders of 1‑5 units and bulk orders, are industrial customized equipment. In accordance with consumer protection laws and online transaction regulations, industrial customized products are not applicable to the seven‑day no‑reason return and refund policy. Once production is confirmed, no refunds for subjective reasons, order abandonment, or 45‑day malicious credit card chargebacks will be accepted. Replacement service is available for manufacturing defects or shipping‑caused damage with photo evidence submitted within 7 calendar‑days upon receipt. Any unreasonable refund application or malicious dispute chargeback shall be deemed a breach of contract. We reserve the right to reject refunds and claim liability for breach of contract.All transactions are subject to officially published rules and formal sales contracts.
