Pricing Standard: The price of all‑steel lockers is calculated based on cabinet dimensions and total purchase quantity. Custom all‑steel lockers with non‑standard sizes can be manufactured as requested.

Cooperation Process: Please advise us of your laboratory storage demands and purchasing quantity, and we will furnish a detailed quotation sheet. Mass production will only be scheduled after both parties sign an offline sales contract and confirm all details are correct.
Cabinet Shell
The shell is fabricated from 1.0mm high‑quality cold‑rolled steel sheets. Workpieces are processed in CNC machining centers via cutting, positioning punching, bending and welding to form the cabinet frame. After acid pickling and phosphating anti‑corrosion pretreatment, epoxy resin powder coating is applied and cured through high‑temperature baking. The coating delivers strong adhesion, high surface hardness and excellent corrosion resistance with an elegant appearance. Louver ventilation holes are punched on side panels.
Cabinet Doors
This locker is equipped with double all‑steel swing doors made of double‑layer 1.0mm premium cold‑rolled steel plates. The doors adopt seamless connection structure with detachable shock‑absorbing gaskets. They are shaped by CNC cutting, precision punching, bending and welding, followed by acid pickling, phosphating and high‑temperature cured epoxy powder coating. The finished doors feature firm coating adhesion, great hardness, outstanding anti‑corrosion performance and sleek look.
Manufacturing Craft
All welded seams are fully polished before epoxy powder coating. The finished surface is smooth and free of visible welding marks.
Hinges
Adopting 304 stainless steel hinges with a maximum opening angle of 180°. They feature an attractive appearance and silent opening and closing. With a service life of over 50,000 opening cycles, they have superior rust‑proof and anti‑corrosion performance that complies with international hardware industry standards.
Clothes Rail
Made of 304 stainless steel round tube for hanging garments.
Lower Compartment
The bottom space can be used as a shoe storage area.
Lead Time
Production lead‑time for all orders (1‑5 units) is 18‑22 working days upon receipt of the confirmed order.
For orders over 5 units, an offline sales contract shall be signed before production arrangement.
Total lead‑time including production and sea shipping will be about 60‑90 days, subject to actual shipping schedule.
