Product Introduction
This all‑steel gas cylinder cabinet is made of high‑quality cold‑rolled steel sheet with anti‑corrosion electrostatic epoxy coating on the surface. It adopts a fully enclosed cabinet structure equipped with transparent glass viewing windows and adjustable partitions, which can effectively isolate volatile hazardous chemicals. It comes with a gas alarm device, and different types of alarms can be configured according to customer requirements. This all‑steel gas cylinder cabinet is suitable for storing gas cylinders in various laboratories.
Cabinet Shell
The outer shell is made of 1.0mm high‑quality cold‑rolled steel sheets. Workpieces are processed at CNC machining centers through cutting, positioning punching, bending and welding to form an integrated frame. After acid pickling and phosphating anti‑corrosion pretreatment, epoxy resin powder is sprayed and cured via high‑temperature baking. The coating delivers strong adhesion, high surface hardness and superior corrosion resistance with a sleek appearance. Louver ventilation holes are punched on the side panels.
Cabinet Doors
The cabinet is equipped with double all‑steel swing doors constructed from double‑layer 1.0mm premium cold‑rolled steel plates. The doors adopt seamless joint structure and come with detachable shock‑absorbing gaskets. They are formed by CNC cutting, precision punching, bending and welding, then treated with acid pickling, phosphating and high‑temperature cured epoxy powder coating. The finished doors feature firm coating adhesion, high hardness, excellent anti‑corrosion performance and elegant look.
Manufacturing Craft
All welded seams are fully polished before epoxy powder coating. The finished cabinet surface is smooth and free of visible welding marks.
Hinges
The hinges support a 180° full opening angle with attractive appearance and silent opening & closing. They can withstand more than 50,000 opening cycles, featuring reliable rust‑proof and anti‑corrosion performance that complies with international hardware industry standards.
Internal Configuration
Storage brackets are installed inside the cabinet, and different types of gas alarm devices can be selected and equipped according to customers’ requirements.
Lead Time
Production lead‑time for all orders (1‑5 units) is 20‑24 working days upon receipt of the confirmed order.
For orders over 5 units, an offline sales contract shall be signed before production arrangement.
Total lead‑time including production and sea shipping will be about 65‑90 days, subject to actual shipping schedule.
