Cabinet Shell
The cabinet shell is made of 1.0mm high‑quality cold‑rolled steel sheets, integrally formed through CNC cutting, precision punching, bending and welding. Conducted with acid pickling and phosphating anti‑corrosion pre‑treatment, the surface is sprayed with epoxy resin powder and thermally cured at high temperature. The finished coating features strong adhesion, high hardness and superior corrosion resistance. Ventilation holes can be punched on demand to facilitate internal air circulation inside the cabinet.

Cabinet Door
Equipped with double‑open all‑steel doors, which are made of double‑layer 1.0mm cold‑rolled steel plates or glass‑inlaid doors. Adopting seamless joint structure with detachable shock‑absorbing gaskets. The door surface undergoes the same acid‑phosphating and epoxy powder coating process to achieve excellent wear resistance and anti‑corrosion performance.

Manufacturing Craft
All welded joints are finely polished before powder coating. The finished cabinet surface is smooth and flat without exposed welding spots for a seamless integrated appearance.

Door Hinges
Adopts high‑standard anti‑rust metal hinges, supporting 180° full opening. Silent opening and closing with a service lifespan of over 50,000 times. Compliant with international hardware standards, featuring outstanding rust‑proof and anti‑corrosion performance.

Internal Structure
The cabinet consists of upper and lower independent storage sections, both equipped with detachable adjustable shelves to classify and store various laboratory chemical reagents.
Lead Time
For orders over 5 units, an offline sales contract shall be signed before production arrangement.
Total lead‑time including production and sea shipping will be about 65‑90 days, subject to actual shipping schedule.
