Product Detailed Parameters and Core Processes
1.Worktop & Cabinet Body: Exquisite‑Crafted Materials for Stability and Corrosion Resistance

Three high‑quality worktop materials are optional: epoxy resin board, solid physical‑chemical board, and ceramic board. Featuring dense and compact structure, excellent load‑bearing capacity, compression and wear resistance, they can adapt to harsh long‑term laboratory operating environments and deliver long service life. The complete unit adopts an integrated all‑steel upper‑lower cabinet structure, fabricated from premium cold‑rolled steel plates from Baosteel, Angang and Wuhan Iron and Steel, with a minimum plate thickness of 1.0 mm for solid and stable base materials.

Manufacturing adopts high‑precision sheet‑metal bending technology with strict assembly‑accuracy control; gaps between door frames and door panels are uniform and controlled within ≤ 3 mm. All plate cross‑sections receive full edge‑wrapping fine treatment, and splicing joints are fully welded and sealed to completely eliminate sharp burrs and scratch risks. Coating blind spots are also removed to fundamentally prevent cabinet rusting.
All metal components go through complete pre‑treatment including acid pickling, degreasing and phosphating, followed by epoxy‑powder electrostatic spraying for surface finishing. The finished paint layer is uniform and fine with strong adhesion, offering outstanding corrosion‑resistance and high‑temperature resistance. It resists paint peeling, delamination and fading over long‑term use for stable appearance and performance.
  1. Inner Liner & Baffle: Scientific Air Guidance with Dead‑Zone‑Free ExhaustThe inner back panel, side panels, top panel and air‑duct baffles are all made of 6 mm thick compact laminate board, corrosion‑resistant and robust. Equipped with an adjustable three‑stage baffle structure designed based on fluid mechanics, it delivers high‑efficiency exhaust to quickly discharge harmful fumes inside the cabinet and completely eliminate airflow dead zones for safe laboratory operations.
The inner liner is fixed with detachable anti‑corrosion plastic fasteners for easy disassembly, assembly and cleaning maintenance. All exposed connecting fittings inside the cabinet are corrosion‑resistant to adapt to various acid‑alkali experimental working conditions.
  1. Vertical Sash: Smooth, Quiet, Stable and SafeThe full opening height of the vertical sash ranges from 700 mm to 900 mm. It adopts an integrated transmission system composed of timing pulleys, timing belts and timing shafts for stable and smooth operation. Embedded stainless‑steel wires inside the timing belt achieve a breaking load of 150 kg. All steel wires are concealed inside tracks to avoid safety hazards and accommodate long‑term high‑frequency opening and closing.
The sash frame and operating handles are made of national‑standard aluminum alloy with anti‑corrosion epoxy‑powder spraying for fine texture and rust resistance. Spring pulleys and rear counterweight structures are installed on side frames to enable light and smooth lifting. The sash can stay precisely suspended at any height without shaking or offsetting for labor‑saving convenient operation.
For the observation window, either 3+3 mm double laminated glass or tempered glass of 5 mm and above is optional, featuring clear light transmission, explosion‑proof and pressure‑resistant performance. Silicone buffer strips are installed between glass and frame for sealing, shock absorption and noise reduction to form a tight and stable structure.
  1. Air Collection Hood: Low‑Noise and Energy‑Saving for Multi‑Scenario Application

Made of premium PP material with good corrosion resistance and toughness, the air collection hood effectively reduces air‑duct static‑pressure loss and operating noise to create a quiet experimental environment. Two outlet sizes φ250 mm and φ315 mm are optional to match different exhaust pipes and laboratory‑layout requirements.

  2. Standard Fittings: Complete Functions and Strong Practicality

Each fume hood is pre‑fitted with one set of water valve and one set of gas valve, whose quantity can be flexibly adjusted according to users’ experimental demands. Four sets of 220 V single‑phase five‑hole power sockets (10 A / 16 A optional) are installed on the main body to meet power‑supply demands of various experimental devices. Instant‑start LED tri‑proof lighting is equipped, delivering soft and even light, energy conservation and low failure rate. The lamp is easy to disassemble and replace for long‑term laboratory illumination.

  3. Lower Storage Cabinet: Multiple Options, Easy Maintenance and High Compatibility

Two material options are available for the lower cabinet: ≥1.0 mm thick cold‑rolled steel plate or 304 stainless‑steel, both finished with anti‑corrosion epoxy‑powder spraying for rust resistance and durability. Three storage‑structure styles are customizable: general‑purpose storage cabinet, acid‑alkali dedicated storage cabinet and fire‑safety cabinet to satisfy storage requirements of different experimental reagents. A dedicated exhaust port is reserved for seamless connection with the laboratory central exhaust system to realize cabinet ventilation.

The cabinet doors feature high structural strength and excellent acid‑alkali resistance for smooth jitter‑free opening and closing. Coated magnetic catches ensure silent anti‑collision tight closure. Integrally bent coated stainless‑steel handles and rust‑proof high‑strength hinges are adopted for durable opening‑closing performance. The rear back panel features a snap‑on detachable design, facilitating later‑stage maintenance of internal water, electrical and gas pipelines for convenient daily upkeep.
