Core Product Advantages
Premium 1.0 mm‑thick 304 Stainless Steel Plate, Sturdy, Durable and Deformation‑resistant
This lab draining rack is entirely made of 304 stainless steel with pure and impurity‑free material, featuring an industry‑standard plate thickness of 1.0 mm. Compared with ordinary thin plates, this plate delivers higher overall hardness and stronger structural load‑bearing capacity with uniform stress distribution. It will not bend, dent or deform even when various heavy‑duty laboratory utensils are placed on it for a long time. Tailored for long‑term, high‑frequency and non‑interrupted laboratory‑use scenarios, the product features good rust‑proof and oxidation‑resistant performance, stable and firm overall structure, excellent wear resistance and greatly extended service life, which can stably adapt to daily laboratory operations for a long time.
Integral Pull‑riveted Structure + Threaded Drip Sticks + W‑shaped Streamline Structure, Smooth Drainage Without Leakage
The panel of the lab draining rack is manufactured with professional integral pull‑riveted technology, abandoning the traditional splicing‑assembly structure. All joints are closely fitted without loose gaps; the overall structure is firm, stable and high‑load‑bearing, and will not loosen or shake after long‑term use. All drip sticks are separate accessories shipped without pre‑installation and need to be screwed on by customers upon receipt of goods. The drip sticks adopt threaded installation design for tight fitting and reliable fixation, not easy to loosen or fall off under force. They can also be flexibly disassembled for later dirt cleaning, maintenance and component replacement. Special waterproof sealing rings are equipped at all plate connection and splicing gaps for tight sealing and excellent waterproof performance, fundamentally eliminating water seepage, water leakage and residual water of the equipment for clean and tidy usage. The unique W‑shaped streamline structure fully complies with hydrodynamic principles with reasonable drainage gradient, enabling fast and smooth water discharge without residual water or limescale accumulation. It effectively avoids bacterial growth caused by humid environment and keeps the lab draining rack dry and clean at all times.
Professional Laboratory‑grade Corrosion Resistance, Suitable for Draining Various Laboratory Utensils
Developed for professional laboratory scenarios, this product is specially optimized for special laboratory environments with humidity and residual acid‑base reagents. It boasts outstanding acid‑alkali resistance, corrosion resistance and aging resistance, which can effectively resist erosion from various weak acid and weak‑base reagents and is not susceptible to damage caused by chemical residues. It can be safely used for draining and storing various laboratory glassware such as beakers, test tubes, volumetric flasks and conical flasks. Safe and stable in use, it will not damage utensils. It fully meets daily equipment‑use standards of major universities, scientific research institutions and testing laboratories, and serves as an essential practical supporting device for professional laboratories.
