Pricing Standard: The price of all-steel balance tables is calculated based on internal shelf layout, steel plate thickness, dimensions and total purchase quantity. Standard dimension is available; sizes can be adjusted according to on-site requirements. Price will change accordingly with customized dimensions. Custom non-standard sizes are available upon request.

Cooperation Process: Apart from standard sizes, we will provide a detailed quotation sheet based on your experimental requirements, dimension adjustment and accessory selection. Mass production will only be arranged after both parties sign an offline sales contract and verify all information is correct.

Product Introduction

The worktop consists of two parts. The area for placing the balance adopts 60 mm thick granite (LW: 400mm×300mm); the rest of the tabletop is solid physiochemical board. The tabletop combines 12.7mm solid physiochemical board and 60 mm thick granite. It is fitted with one 10A multi-function splash-proof socket.

The cabinet is fabricated by folding and welding 1.0 mm thick galvanized steel sheets, and treated with pure epoxy resin electrostatic spraying and high-temperature curing for high corrosion resistance. The built-in shock-absorbing structure can effectively buffer and isolate ground vibration to ensure stable and accurate weighing data for precision balances.

It is suitable for balance rooms, physical-chemical testing laboratories and quality-inspection laboratories for placing various mechanical balances and electronic analytical balances. Featuring smooth and easy-to-clean tabletop, stable cabinet structure and excellent load-bearing capacity, it meets the requirements of standardized laboratory construction.

Lead Time

Production lead-time for all orders is 19-23 working days upon receipt of the confirmed order. An offline sales contract shall be signed before production arrangement. Total lead-time including production and sea shipping will be about 65-90 days, subject to actual shipping schedule.

Shipping & Packaging

The product is shipped in disassembled knock-down packages. All connecting parts need to be assembled by the customer on-site, delivered in non-fumigated fully-enclosed plywood wooden crates. The wooden-crate-packed product is an oversized cargo, sea freight is not included in the product price. Transportation cost will be quoted separately after confirming the delivery destination. Import duties, customs clearance fees and local destination charges incurred in the buyer’s country shall be borne by the buyer, and the above-mentioned expenses are not included in the pr
